Welcome to Jules' Flower Shack. By accessing our website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We currently operate on a collection and pay-in-person basis unless agreed otherwise.
3. Products and Substitutions
As flowers are a natural product, variations in colour, size, and availability may occur. If a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with one of equal or greater value and similar style, ensuring the overall look of the arrangement is maintained.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
For bespoke orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the agreed collection time. Custom floral tributes and special orders may require a non-refundable deposit.
